Risk-free PC are unique in offering this guarantee. If our engineer cannot fix your
reported problem within one hour, you will not be charged. After this time the engineer will recommend a further course
of action for you. If he thinks he can fix the problem given a longer timescale, he will inform you and you can decide
whether or not to proceed, at the cost quoted at the time. If the engineer needs replacement parts to fix the problem,
these will be charged at cost (i.e. there is no markup on parts - we charge you what it costs us).
